HOT SAUCE

“The first collectible simply started out as a chilli I made when I first started practicing handbuilding. I had attended a fermentation workshop where I learnt that hot sauce is basically just chilies and garlic. That's where the idea to turn this into a set came from. The recipe included is by Matilde Mir, so you can make this hot sauce yourself. The recipe card is designed in collaboration with my precious friend Deepak which will make for great print to add to your collection or a bookmark for your cookbooks or to simply display on your fridge. That's also what ties the whole idea together and makes it a layered collectible.”
